Services must be used for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use Veridia for any activity that would contravene local laws or facilitate fraud or misrepresentation.

Availability of certain services may be limited by jurisdiction, local law, or practical constraints. Contact us to confirm service availability for cross-border documents.

Accounts and Access

You may create an account to manage appointments and document submissions. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activities conducted through your account.

Provide current and accurate information. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay service delivery. Veridia is not responsible for delays resulting from inaccurate client-provided information.

Protect your account credentials and notify Veridia immediately of any suspected compromise. We implement security practices, but cannot assume responsibility for unauthorised access resulting from credential disclosure.

Accounts and associated credentials are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by Veridia.

If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at [email protected] so we can take steps to secure the account and limit potential misuse.

We may suspend or restrict account access for suspected fraudulent activity, security concerns, or breach of these Terms pending contribute.

Service Scope

Veridia provides notarial witnessing, document authentication, certified copies, and related administrative services. Service specifics, fees, and timeframes are confirmed at booking and depend on document type and verification needs.

We may update service offerings, procedures, or fees. Changes affecting booked services will be communicated and handled according to the terms agreed at booking.

Service availability may vary due to appointment slots, public holidays, or staffing. We strive for reliable scheduling but recommend booking in advance for time-sensitive matters.

User Conduct and Rules

When using our services and website you agree to the following rules to ensure fair, legal, and professional interaction.

• Do not submit forged or fraudulent documents.
• Provide truthful information and valid identification when required.
• Respect staff and observe instructions during appointments.
• Do not attempt to interfere with website operations or security.
• Comply with jurisdictional requirements for documents and notarisation.
• Use submitted materials only for lawful and authorised purposes.
• Notify Veridia promptly of any errors or discrepancies in notarised documents.

Client Documents and Content

Materials you submit to Veridia remain your responsibility. You represent that you have the right to submit such documents for the intended notarial or verification process.

You retain ownership of your documents. By submitting, you authorise Veridia to process the content as necessary to provide the requested services.

You grant Veridia a limited licence to use, reproduce, and store submitted documents solely to perform services, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring documents are accurate and complete. Veridia may refuse to notarise or certify documents suspected to be incomplete or unlawful.

Requests to remove client-provided content will be evaluated against legal and regulatory retention requirements and our record-keeping obligations for notarial acts.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Veridia website, brand, logos, and proprietary content belongs to Veridia or its licensors. You may not copy or misuse these materials without express permission.

• Do not reproduce website code, design, or proprietary content without consent.
• Do not use Veridia activity in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.
• Respect copyright and licensing terms for third-party content linked from our site.

Paid Services

Certain Veridia services require payment. Fees are disclosed at booking and are payable in advance where specified. Payment secures appointment and processing.

Pricing reflects the complexity of the service, required verification steps, and any third-party fees (e.g., courier, apostille). Quotes provided are valid for the specified period shown at the time of booking.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through authorised payment partners. By paying you authorise us to charge the payment instrument provided.

If subscription arrangements are offered, terms including billing frequency, renewal, and cancellation procedures will be provided in the subscription agreement.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility depends on service stage, costs incurred (including third-party fees), and any contractual terms provided at purchase.

Clients may cancel appointments per the cancellation policy shown at booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee reflecting lost appointment opportunity and preparatory work.

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes. Where required, taxes will be itemised in invoices and charged in accordance with local law.

We may change service prices with notice. Price changes do not affect confirmed bookings unless stated otherwise in a written communication.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension of work, cancellation of appointments, and collection actions for outstanding balances.

Disclaimer

Veridia provides professional notarial services and strives for accuracy. We do not provide legal advice unless explicitly stated in a separate engagement. Clients should seek independent legal counsel for legal interpretation or representation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veridia's liability for loss or damage arising from use of our services is limited to direct losses reasonably foreseeable at the time of engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where prohibited by law.

Third-Party Services

Third-party services such as courier, translation, or authentication authorities may be used to complete requests. Veridia is not responsible for third-party failures but will assist in resolving issues where possible.

Termination

Veridia may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where continuation would be unlawful. Clients may terminate engagements subject to applicable cancellation terms and fees.

Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable. We may retain records as required by law and provide copies of completed work per retention policy.

Privacy and Data Use

Veridia collects and uses personal data to perform notarial services, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with clients. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling practices and your rights.

Communications

By engaging Veridia you agree to receive service-related communications by email, SMS, or phone. Marketing messages are sent only with consent and can be opted out of at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via our website or by direct notice prior to taking effect. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved under Singapore law, except where mandatory legal rules dictate otherwise.
